I had arranged with Alyssa Charles Home for the purchase and shipping of a puppy to my home. Shipping fee agreed upon was $200.

The shipping agent, Pacific Pet Delivery Service sent an email starting that a fee ranging from $1500-3000 USD were required for a special crate for shipping. They stated that 99% of that fee was refundable upon delivery. Without this additional, non agreed upon shipping fee there would be no puppy delivery.

I informed them I would be filling this complaint.
