Received a call (said they were cat from PG&E) at my place of work asking to speak to a manager. Told them the manager was not on duty and they said to call the billing department at 18003395791 immediately or power would be shut off. A Google search for the phone number provided offered little to no English results. Called back and ask for any information I could use to verify that I was speaking with an actual pg&e rep and was greeted with hostility ("I will ask the questions", "I am going to be psychic and guess who you are"). Hung up before they could get any real information out of me. Tried calling the real PG&e and the recording the scammer used sounds similar but with different options, and you get a person right away. The real PG&e has a callback time of 15 to 24 mins and states business hours Monday to Friday 8 to 5. (Calls occurred on a Saturday).
