Pacific Collection Group called me in regards to an unpaid debt from 3 years ago for another business (United Publishing Incorporated). I asked why that company has not contacted me in regards to a debt over the past 3 years. When I looked the debtor up on the internet and called them, they stated they have received several calls from individuals claiming the same thing but they do not have any debts for me or any other individuals. Also, after looking back into my records w/ bank assistance, I have never had a credit/debit card with the last four digits the scammers referred to on the phone. I did have a transaction on the date they said on the phone through Paypal. Something for everyone to look into. The phone number they used was from Savannah, GA.
