This company contracts moving services using a contract with a five day advance cancelation period. They give you a 2-3 day delivery window so that you cannot back out of the five day cancelation period contract before they let you know that they cannot provide the contracted services in a reasonable manner. I was told there would be a moving truck at my home at midnight-2am on the day before I had to be out of the house we sold. Even then I was not told the name of the driver. We never let them touch our stuff, please look for other reviews on the internet documenting theft of property after pickup and their failure to deliver. They will also stress that they are only liable for 60 cents per pound when they pick up your belongings. So 1,000 pounds of what they steal or don't deliver means only $600 to you.
