I ordered about 28 items from this company on November 27th of 2022 by December 1st I still haven't even received a confirmation so I had emailed the company and they sent me one finally by December 20th I received a tracking from a strange tracking company. They kept telling me be reassured you will receive your items I waited and waited and waited never received anything at all. Then the company decided to tell me that it was delivered that I signed for it and they wouldn't give me a refund even though I never received the items. I emailed the company at least 30 times and got a response back from at least 30 different people each time telling me they were working on it they offered me a 20% refund a 30% refund 40% refund until eventually I threaten them with going to my bank to get the money back and Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau then they told me that they would refund my money it'd be there ASAP. I received a small refund from them and the amount of $5.42 I emailed them back and told them that was not my full refund that it was $54.12 and the guy said rest assured we're working on it will refund it it may take a while and to this day I still have not reached received a refund and no one is responding to my emails anymore

I ordered from Paceling.com on 11/27/22. There was a sale going on for Black Friday. I had to reach out to them (only by email [email protected]) to receive my confirmation email, which was not a problem. I was given a tracking number and tracked my packages until 12/21/2022 when the store said those packages were delivered successfully. The problem is, that they weren’t. I was home the entire day that they were supposed to be delivered. I have been emailing them ever since any issue. I have been emailed by at least 3 different individuals, with no real solution. Now I can’t even go to their website. I’m positive I was scammed.
