The scammer claims to send you your package, takes your money then never sends anything. They have also been in contact with me through my email claiming they will refund my money but never do.

On November 25, 2022, an advertisement popped up on my phone with this beautiful things (clothes and shoes) that were heavily discounted by a company called Paceling. I bought several items. A tracking number was sent using a company called 17TRACK. I tracked the items from when they left ShenZhen, China, got to Los Angele, California, then to Gaithersburg, Maryland and then to Silver Spring, Maryland. The tracking information says the package was delivered in my inbox at Silver Spring, Maryland on December 21, 2022. This package was never delivered. I have checked with the post office and no package has been found. I believe even the tracking information is fake, I don't know if 17TRACK is part of this fraud or they were used unknowingly by Paceling. The address given by Paceling is Dublin, GBR, WC1V 6NX 1RL

From the link, you could see the package is in transit. However, due to COVID-19, lack of manpower at the airport, customs personnel and post office, the work was restricted, which caused the package to be stranded. It seriously affected the time of package transportation. This is force majeure. We will urge the carrier to deliver the package as soon as possible. Please Wait patiently, thank you for your support and understanding

My final request for credit to Paceling

I have 3 order placed with your company and have not received any of them. My order numbers are 7886, 5853, 9527> I want to be credited immediately for all 3 orders. Christmas is over & the item never arrived so I want to be credited. I am sorry about the covid & lack of man power issues, but I don't need the product now, but I do want my money ASAP.

I did receive 3 bubble gum rings, one for each order from this address, a warehouse in California: 24208 San Michele RD, Morena Valley, CA 92551.

This site offered items like winter coats, boots, shoes, household supplies, etc. These items are offered at a very appealing price. But after you place the order and track it, it shows all tracking info except the shipping company. I've waited over 2 months for the items and still have yet to receive them. The only response I've gotten was from auto generated messages directing me to email customer service, which I did and nothing.
