Elsa- wrote me an email from customer service saying that it was in transit from Shang Fang on Dec.15 but it never arrived. It also said that it was delivered on 11-24- 22 on my porch. But I never received it. I just want my money back and some answers because I can't get them from the company. This is crazy.
