Purchased items on December 11th it is now January 14th and product is still not here. Even though received a message on shop app that it shipped December 30th. Unable to reach customer service, just receive a generic email in response.

Placed order on 1/31/22 after seeing an ad on Instagram. Received notification on 2/4/22 that my order would be shipping soon with tracking number. Never received order and tracking number never updated (still appears pending). Attempted to contact the company multiple times through two email addresses, phone number on their website, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok without response. However, I have been in contact with several "influencers" on Instagram who received recent paid promotions with the company and have had no issues contacting the company. The reviews on their site are fake/doctored and they delete negative comments from their social media but there are comments on the pictures on their fb page from customers with the same issues.
