I was just about to send my money and then wham, something didn't sound right. So I looked up this particular breeder and learned of the different addresses and same cell nu.ber and same dog Brie. To say the least I'm heart broken but I'm very thankful I didn't go through with it and double, triple checked.

I paid$800 for a puppy. Signed contract for puppy with Mark Pacson. Shipment was included per seller. Once told puppy was in route, a refundable insurance policy asked for from shipping company-Pets [email protected]$970. Confirmation received. Then 2 hours later, Pet Line wanted $1100 for a new better crate for transport. I refused as this was not discussed. Demanded refund.

I wanted to purchase/adopt a Bernese Mountain puppy as an ESA dog. I found the Pac Bernese Mountain Dogs website through a Google search and inquired about a puppy I saw on the site (Brie). The seller and site seemed very professional although now looking back the price did seem "too good to be true.' He sent me an email with several photos of the dog as well as a video. He asked about my "home situation" and if I had breed experience. After several emails I consented to purchase and signed a very realistic looking agreement that went over breed health concerns, etc. He then asked for payment via. Zelle in the amount of $800. $600 for the puppy and $200 for shiping. I was told he would contact me first thing in the morning w/details. I did not hear from him and I emailed him. He immediately called and said the was having "trouble shipping the puppy" but would get him on a flight the next morning. At this point I became suspicious and did some digging on the internet and found his site on several puppy scam lists. I called my bank to cancel the payment and was told due to it being a Zelle payment I could not cancel or get my money refunded, I did not know that as I had to download the app. I had not used it before. I contacted the seller and told him I knew he was scamming me and that I wanted a refund. I did not hear back from him. So I am now out the $800 for the puppy and the $400 for my ESA letter.
