I called the PA Independent Enrollment Broker Program and the rep gave me the phone number to PA Health and Wellness community Choices at 844-626-6811. An automated voice message individual came on line and asked if you were a first time caller to press 1, I did that that man came on stating that I won a $100 gift card to Walmart or Target. They had me give them my debit card number and was demanding the 3 digit code on the back. Uneasy due to me winning something why do I have to give my card number, I hung up. The rep called back 3 times and I would not give my info, said I was going to my bank and contacting the BBB.
