I was looking for an out of production computer part. Immediately after ordering I realized my mistake and filed a complaint with **. I had to wait a week to escalate the case for review. The scammer supplied a tracking # **. I then went to the ** and got a full report on the tracking # which proved the package was not sent to me or my address and in fact was weighing only .5 lbs. when the item in question weighed 11 lbs. ** gave me a complete printout which they said would prove my claim. ** didn't give me any chance to submit my proof from the **. They sided with the scammer solely because the scammer provided them with a tracking # that showed delivery to my zip code. They also denied my request for appealing my case. Shame on ** they should insist for proof the detailed tracking report that shows the recipients name and address, not just zip code. I closed out my PayPal account and credit card. I can't use a service that knowingly harbors scammers.
