I was called and left a voicemail saying that if I did not provide a physical address I would be served paperwork and that litigation was pending in a local court. I called the phone number back and was prompted by the operator who identified as Deborah, who had the last 4 numbers of my social. She said the debtor was Check 'N Go and I had defaulted on payment.

This scam has been used before.

I did have an account with Check N Go in 2008 however it was paid in full.

I informed Check N Go of this practice and was told that my information was sold to a third party and was potentially compromised. P and H cannot be found and I don't believe it even exists
