I was having trouble with my computer, it locked up and there was a number to call for help. I called that number and they wanted to install a software to fix it. then they tried to install and it wouldn't install. They keep calling me and want me to pay them 110.01 for the software they installed, which didn't work. Then then totally froze my computer and locked it. I took it to a reliable computer company and they fixed it for me. I changed my credit card account. They called me this morning and demanded that I pay them 110.01. When I told them no, they became upset and threatened to sue me if they don't get their money. They also wanted me to pull up my online banking, which I didn't.

My elderly mother was contacted @ 12:15 AM on August 28, 2016 that her computer had a virus and this company could help her fix this problem. They said they were affiliated with Microsoft. They indicated that her computer was going to crash and they would clean it up so she would have no further problems. The company is called Ozemioinc and are located in the UK. Their charge of $122.28 would fix the computer. They remotely went into her computer and starting doing all sorts of things. She gave them her credit card info because she was terrified of what they were doing to her computer. They kept her on the phone until 5:00 AM.

On August 29th, we canceled her card and put a block on her account.They keep calling over and over, but never leave a message on her machine..
