I received a mailer giving me notice of my Mortgage closing. The notice was from Ozark Mountain Bank. I called the bank to see what was going on, and they told me that this notice was a scam and that my mortgage was not being closed. I want others to be aware that these scams are out there and I don't want anyone to fall for a trap. It can be quite nerving receiving a letter like this.
