Purchased clothing online. Women's dresses. Some items shipped and several items did not ship. All of the items received were not my correct size, and the fabrics were of very poor quality, and the cuts are inconsistent and not flattering. The designs looked nothing like the internet photos. Then, the company reached out to advise that several items were no longer available. I asked for a refund of the unavailable items and asked for the address to return the shipped items.

First they told me (all by email) that I should select alternative items from the website to exchange and offered that the exchange could exceed the cost of the origonal items by $10. I declined and again requested a refund for the unavailable items. They responded by again telling me to exchange the items and I could take a 20% discount. I again declined and asked for a refund. They responded that I should select items to exchange and I could take a 40% discount. I again asked for a refund. Then, they responded that my account was "not eligible" for a refund (for items I paid for that they did not have in stock ro ship!

At this point, it was clear that the company was scamming me so I challenged the charges through American Express.

I have repeatedly asked for the address to ship back the clothing items they sent and they ignore my request. On their website, the return policy is vague and there is no address for returns. Instead, it says that returns must be done within 7 days and must be approved by the company through their support email - and the return address will only be provided by email.

This company is a complete scam!

Ordered clothing from this company. The company delivered the package to a completely different address (a different city) than was stated on the order form. Then refused to give me a refund even after sending proof of delivery to the incorrect address on their own tracking information comparing it to my order.

The company uses AI generated images of the products on their website, and delivers cheaply made products that look nothing like the images.
Minutes after placing the order, I requested to cancel with a full refund. The company ignored my email requests for several days until after they processed the order; they then claimed they "already processed the order so it was too late to cancel."

I ordered a coat from Oyrosy and cancelled it 13 minutes after the order. I followed their cancellation guidelines on their website and was clear I was cancelling and why. Oyrosy emailed later that day and said I couldn’t cancel the item because they already sent it. There is no way they shipped it within 13 minutes. The shipping label shows they created the shipping label over 10 hours after I cancelled it. They refused to refund me the money. They also doctored the times and dates of my emails to try to make it look like I cancelled it later than I did. I have all my original emails with the correct times. I received the item that never should have been sent and requested a return if merchandise form as I am still within the 30 days to return the item. They did not send me the form but instead asked if I wanted to keep the item and revive a 40% off coupon. I had several emails prior to that which I was more than clear I no longer want my item. I refused their offer and told them I wanted a full refund. They are not sending me a return of merchandise form and they also expect me to pay for shipping to return it if I ever do get the form. They also doctored the time on this email too. They change the time if my emails and display it in a 24 hour clock in bold. My emails use a 12 hour clock, show the correct date and time and are not in bold. Beware, This company is fraudulent and scammers!!!! They do not honor their cancellation or return policies and doctor the emails. Stay far away from them!!
