In May of 2020, during the Covid-19, I wanted to purchase a infrared thermometer and an oximeter that showed up on facebook. Since the stores were sold out of thermometers because of Covid19 I purchased this from Oximeterpro. My total order was $98.49 they said the order would be shipped in 5 days. Two weeks went by and no product. I started calling and emailing them. They gave me a false tracking number and then they said they would get the right number to me. Two weeks later still no product or tracking number. I called and this time the message said "If you have not ordered $5,000 or more do not leave a message, contact us thru email" So I emailed every week until September 6,2020. At first they promised it was shipped and it left the warehouse. Then they stopped responding all together. My bank refunded my money at first but since it was over 90 days they denied it and took my money back out of my account. I am in the process of filing a complaint with you (BBB) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
