I purchased a dog kennel April 30th off of this site and they sent me 2 face masks May 30th. I told them what happened and they refused to give me my money back. They asked me over and over to take a picture of the masks as proof I received the wrong product. They now say they are sending me the actual product but according to other complaints I will never receive my dog kennel. Why is this site not taken down after all of these complaints?? I found this site by doing a Google search for big kennels I could use as a chicken run. I paid them via PayPal. They just keep emailing you acting like they are helping you in order to stall you so you keep hoping your item will eventually show up.
