I wanted to return a useless item I purchased online from Walmart under the brand name of OXGORD. The item was shipped from the OxGord, Inc., Gardena, California (90248) address. As noted on the Walmart receipt/package label, I called the company numerous times and was placed on hold for up to 35 minutes, never speaking to an actual customer service representative. I googled Won Lane, who is listed as the seller, for return instructions; only to find a ridiculous return policy that reeks of a scam! Luckily, this lesson only cost me $15. I now know that Marketplace Retailers have become the newest form of consumer scam artists!
