They call themselves Oxford Recovery Services and they called saying they were hired by GE Capital retail bank seeking $13,000 for a loan unpaid for the installation of countertops, cabinets, and kitchen surfaces in a home that they did not have the address to but alleged this loan was processed and paid for between the years of 2007 - 2011 and the payment discontinued and they are attempting to collect the debt. They said the work was completed by Gemlock Premire. Once I contacted Gemlock Premire I was informed that they did not do that type of work and had no record of this work along with the fact that they were 2,163 miles away from my location and did not service my area. Once confronted with that information they became extremely hostile and began making threats if we did not make a payment or resolve the debt. They also were able to provide the last 4 digits of my social security number.
