On 7/11/2020, I ordered an item on their website and used Paypal as the payment method. The item was $98.00. After the transaction, PayPal showed $112.97. The payment went to a Steffen Roth for Vision Services with a Chinese email address. I filed a dispute with PayPal and alerted my bank and credit card companies. No money has been withdrawn from my bank account as of 3:30 pm CST.
