Received in the mail a owner statement for 2023 maintenance fee at the Wilderness Presidential Resort under account # A114723 /owner#209845 for 560.00.

We have no account, we are not an owner, we have never set foot on their property. They say they have my wife's signature on a deed and that she signed this document May 16, 2022. This is false and my wife has never had any association with Wilderness Presidential Resort.
