They supposedly offer a money back guarantee. But when you ask for it they tell you you don't meet the requirements. Over the 6 months I had this device I never had a good one, every single one was faulty. Make you pay a monthly subscription for a device you can not use.

They have a Facebook group, and in this group the Ovusense personal are telling these women not to listen to their doctors to listen to them instead.....it frightening
