I found Overtui.com when I did a Google search for Pioneer Woman luggage sets. I went to their website and purchased a small two piece luggage set for $33.04 on 8/3/22. The website said I would receive the order within 7-14 days and that I would receive an e-mail confirmation of the order, which I did receive. I was also supposed to receive an e-mail with shipping info. By 8/10/22 I had not received info on shipment of my order, order #2587, and I replied back to the e-mail checking the status of my order. Well, the next day I got a notice that delivery was incomplete on the e-mail. I also went back to the website and got their phone number. When you call the number you get sent to a message service and I did leave a message for them to contact me. By 8/18/22, with no response to my e-mails or phone messages, I e-mailed and called to leave a phone message to cancel and refund my order. As of 8/31/22 I have not received any replies to my e-mails or phone calls from Overtui nor have I receive the luggage. I have started the process with my credit card company to dispute the charges and I am filing this complaint with the BBB.
