I typed in "apple airpods" into google, and their product popped up. I have screenshots of it saying APPLE airpods. I also have screenshots of the website which I ordered from, it does not say "as is" or "no returns". I noticed on the invoice they didn't say apple, but the website did so I went ahead with my order. I received the product (a mother's day gift), and one of the airpods did not work, they were not apple, they were counterfeit. I requested a return slip and they replied they are not under product warranty, see website. They changed their website page to say "as is" and "no returns". I emailed them again and said that the website did not include that information and to please accept a return. No response.
