ADA sent email for vendor. I went to website and had a good deal on autoclave/sterilizers. The company deals in bankrupt equipment. I purchased two for my Oral Surgery office. I paid with a credit card. They sent emails stating that shipment will be delayed until equipment is released from the bankruptcy proceedings. We received a delivery date of 9/1/23. The equipment did not arrive. We attempted to contact them multiple times via email, their customer support and phone. No responses. The customer service phone number went through voiced response but never connected to a live person then stated need to send email followed by hanging up. To date nothing. The ADA sent out a notice today, 9/18/23 stating that they are cutting ties with Overstocker due to not sending purchased items, erroneous charges and poor customer service. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am waiting to here back. Still no autoclaves/sterilizers or contact from the company..

The American Dental Association recommended this website called www.Overstocker.com back in January 2023. This company was allegedly a company that sold medical/dental equipment and products at extremely low costs due to the products being part of bankruptcies and liquidations. On January 18, 2023 I purchased a scanner and was told I would receive it in May 2023. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and finally they said it would arrive on August 28, 2023. When the scanner did not arrive on that day, I started contacting the company every day and got a voicemail for a man named Mike McDermid (ext. 16). He has the only working extension. If you do not type in an extension, you get hung up on. I have been emailing and calling the company every single day for the past 3 weeks with no response. I have a thread of emails that show that I kept up with the product and they did not follow through. The ADA released a statement on September 14, 2023 that they have cut ties with this company due to numerous complaints.
