I ordered apparently overstock Christmas items at a discounted price online. Have the confirmation email with tracking. Which I did track, then it said my delivery came and it was 4 pairs of socks. Not what I ordered. I emailed them with the supplied contact email for support. I tried 5 times and never received anything response. There is no phone number to call.

Purchased Christmas decorations, received valid tracking information, package arrived when promised. Item received was not what was ordered. Ordered 6 large items and received compression sleeves in small package that fit in mailbox. Attempted to contact via email provided for questions and it came back as mail failure no known address.
