These people advertise on facebook. They had an item I ordered and I received an order confirmation on 3/27/19, to which they received payment from me. It is now 4/3/19 and I have not heard from them or received my product. I have tried contacted them by phone and they do not get back to me, I have also emailed them and have not heard back from them. They have a box to allow me to track my item, but when I choose it the site is not found.
