Saw an ad on Facebook for Rolling Stones collector box for 34.99. Filled out and charged on my credit card, and sent it off. What I was sent was something completely different, a cheap watch. When I contacted their service reporting center, all they gave me was the usps tracking for wrong item. I sent picture documentation of my receipts and asked for them to either send me the albums or issue a credit to my card. I doubt they will do it. What other recourse is there?

Fake Facebook ad selling Rolling Stones LP Box set for $28.99 plus $6 shipping for total of $34.99 billed to a credit card... No address or Phone number provided. After order is placed, they send out an email with a fake tracking number that does not work. They want you to click the link for the tracking number, so I assume it is for malware or phishing additional personal information.
