Scammer said he was Uber driver and agreed it was $28.00 fee at Fort Lauderdale airport in the taxi area. We arrived at airport after 6:30 pm and he dropped us off at hotel at 7:15 pm ( proof from flight reports and hotel 20 min away.

Later we saw he charged $450.00 for a 20 min cab ride. The credit card co ( Citi) would not assist us with this transaction because the scammer sent a fake receipt and an obvious false signature. The 20 minute taxi ride cost more than our plane ticket.
