Was referred to this company for an HHA position. Since I have higher qualifications they stated I would not need to complete any further work. When I submitted all of my certifications and licenses they claimed they would not accept them even though they are a higher level of care.

They requested $800 to issue an HHA certificate instead of the regular $600 so someone else could complete the course.

How are these people in charge of caring for the elderly?
