Placed an order though Ovanit.com on July 8th since a house tent was not available through Amazon. Well they emailed me that my product was being sent and provided tracking number. Found the tracking number they gave me was some Costas sunglasses sent from Wuxiangjun Sichuan China. I reached out to them showing them the glasses and said they were sorry and my product was still back ordered and would be sent via email from [email protected], Amber, on 8/28/20. I tried calling them but the number is a wrong number and sent numerous emails trying to get resolution.. no reply. I tried reaching out to PayPal Resolution Center and still no resolution. Paid to [email protected]. Wish I had never placed the order. Betsy Kellas

While we are stuck at home, I was searching online for any store vendor with in-stock dumb bells. I landed on Ovanit.com, and selected two sets of weights. The minute I placed my order, I could see that I had purchased from a China vendor. I tried to find a way to cancel my order, but the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. Several weeks later, I received a package of four "Costa" sunglasses (fake of course). I contacted the company for a refund and have been emailing for weeks now back and forth with no resolution. Please google a website before purchasing. It likely is too good to be true. Buy American made or don't buy at all. :(
