My flight was canceled due to COVID 19 and Lufthansa issued a full refund. OVAGO offered me a partial refund and $1000 voucher that could be used on one ticket and a partial refund. I received 20 $50 vouchers that can only be used one per ticket. They are misleading customers. Do NOT accept any voucher deal from OVAGO. They just do bad business

Ovago is the same company as HOP2! The HOP2 rep just sent me a term of agreement that is from Ovago.com because I refused to pay a $300 processing fee to get my refund back from an airline canceled flight. They will hijack your rightfully due refund by asking for ransom payment first.

My flight was canceled and I called to request a refund. I was offered two vouchers for $800 that could be used on one ticket and a partial refund. I received the partial refund but was lied to about the two vouchers. Instead I received 16 $50 vouchers that can only be used one per ticket. I called the agent and told her this is not what I agreed to she told me that she would try to get me a refund instead. I have been trying to connect with Vicky the agent for over two months and she will not pick up my phone calls or respond to emails. I have been lied to by her and the agents numerous times. I have told them to check the recorded phone calls for the agreement made with the agent. The airline canceled the flight and customer should be getting a full refund. I had no control over the cancellations. I can't find their address but they have a big ScamPulse.com symbol on the bottom saying they are accredited with you.
