This business is a scam. The website has photos of adult dogs versus puppies. The individual behind this scam will ask you to send the money via Zelle and then start the paperwork. He is a thief and does not have a legitimate business. I reported him under another website...Bitchonpuppies. com.

Outstanding bichons is a scam. They asked you to send payment. When I questioned them about who their vet is, they didn’t know and would email me the name. After receiving an email later that night, I couldn’t find a vet in their state with the same name. Scam.
