"They took my money from my credit card but never communicated with me that the item was on back order. I called a least 5 times with a recording that said no-one was available. I then called another number with a gentleman that answered finally to inform me that the item was on back order. So they used my money for 8 days without informing me the

reason I was not receiving my order. Its rude not to keep the customer informed what is going on. I cancelled because of the manner my order was handled and had the BBB check the Company
