Total money lost $59
Type of a scam Online Purchase
and [email protected] . I was told:
"Dear Customer
Thank you for the photo, sorry to see this, we have a huge order volume,
worried that the warehouse staff made a mistake.
Sent you a ring worth $400 by mistake,
From the photos you sent, it looks pretty good.
You can try wearing it yourself or give it to your family or friends as a gift,or 30% refund
please consider it.
If any questions/issues, please let us know.
Regards
Support"
In another message I was also told:
"sorry for trouble we take to you,but we really can not process full refund to you pls
be kind keep the order and we will process partial refund to you as compensation,
it is that OK?
Looking forward to your reply ASAP!
So so sorry for such inconvenience!"
After many other emails back and forth about me not agreeing to pay shipping back to them for their mistake and not wanting the ring and just wanting a refund, they said:
"Sorry,someone resells your order to us, we only have 60%.
so we can refund all of 60% and you don't need to return ok?"
Then I gave up and contacted my credit card to continue the disagreement for me.
