I was searching the web for a kneeling chair and I came across Outhave.com. I ordered the chair online and paid through my PayPal account. My Paypay account was charged for the purchase. I never received an order confirmation email and the my Paypay account transaction was not listed as Outhave.com but as [email protected]. I emailed [email protected] and the i received a bounce back telling me the email address was not valid. I emailed [email protected] and never got a response either. I called the Outhave.com contact number at 914-882-3355 and when I called it I received a message telling me that number did not exist.

I emailed Paypal and told them it was an unauthorized transaction on my account but they told it was authorized. I called my credit card and tried to cancel the payment but they said there was nothing they could do at this point.

This website is fake and took my money.

I was searching for a patio chair. I found this company. Made the purchase. Never recieved order invoice or shipping information. I emailed and contacted the company via phone immediately. The email was returned saying undeliverable and the calls never went through. I contacted paypal since the purchase was made thru them and filed a claim. They were able to reach the company and were given a tracking number. I checked on the tracking number and it says the item was delivered already which was false. I again contacted the company to no avail. I made a claim with UPS as well since no item was ever left on my porch or delivered.

I was searching for a patio chair, and found it in this site. price was very attractive so went for it using Paypal payment. Charge was processed, then received tracking number, but when checked, it was already delivered to a different address and its weight didn't seem to be a patio chair.

I tried calling and sent emails but never got an answer, so decided to report the transaction with Paypal.

I purchased 2 outdoor chaise lounges from this website and paid via paypal, the only payment option. I recieved a confirmation of payment from Paypal but never got any confirmation from the company that my order was received. I got suspicious and began to do some research on the company. I called the number listed on the contact and it was not a working number. I googled the address and it is an apartment which made me even more suspicious since they are selling big items. I sent an email to the email address and it came back undeliverable.

I then recived a shipment confirmation from Paypal that it would arrive in a couple days via UPS. When it didn't arrive on the specified day, I tracked the product and it showed that it was delivered but I never got anything. I called UPS to inquire and they said it was delivered to a different address and different name.

This is obviously a fraudulent company.
