I placed an order for a hat on 12/1/2019 The money was taken out of my account on 12/4/2019 and I have not heard a word from this company since. I never received the product and they will not respond to my numerous emails and phone calls. I have not received a shipping notice, tracking number from them.....NOTHING! Just took the money out of the account and gone!
