The same EXACT thing happened to me. I reached out to them saying this is NOT the backpack worth 100 dollars that I bought online.. they simply replied "thats the backpack". I didn't even know what it was when it arrived because it was rolled up into a bag the size of my palm. So disheartening. Suddenly all their posts are gone from their IG @mtnbike_world . Im not sure if this is related?

This company reached out to me through social media (Instagram), which I believe is where they mostly operate from. They proactive messaged me in an Instagram message saying, "After having a huge note card drawing, we actually pulled your name along with 50 others to be a WINNER of $100 Tactical Assault Backpack!". On their page they claim to have "Quality Insured".

I went to their website that they have connected to their Instagram page to claim this award. In the checkout the backpack was comped, but the "international" shipping was $22. After receiving the backpack a few weeks later, (which they did correctly set shipping expectations) it came in a small package about 5" x 6" package. This backpack was clearly very cheaply made, couldn't be anymore than $5 in material when they are selling this backpack for $100 on their website. The backpack described on website does not look like the one I received (false advertising). The backpack was also shipped from a location in California, that I paid international shipping for.

I then went to find contact information on their website, where none can be found other than an email address that looks generic and only linked to the shipping website they use. After a couple of emails that described my situation and purchase order number, a month has gone by with no response. I messaged the company directly through their Instagram where they continually decided not to help me and referred that I email them. I let them know I would report them if this issue wasn't resolved. The company Instagram handle is mtnbike_world
