received call about my satisfaction with outdoor life. asked questions about my satisfaction about magazine and if i received all my copies, if they were in good shape , said i was a prefered customer, and i was due a discount on my next subscription for being a good customer and asked if i would like to see anything changed about the magazine. I told the i was satisfied the way it was ant the caller said that was good but if i didn't mind he was new and would have a supperviser check his work. a lady came on and asked if i was satisfied and i said yes and she asked me to renew my subscription and asked for my credit card number. i said i would just wait for my normal notification through the mail, she got upset with me and hung up without saying another word
