Outdoor adventures will give you a sales pitch. They say enjoy family time and have friends and family visit while you're here. You can have birthday parties and cookouts. Now they are charging for vehicles coming in even if they are not staying. I babysit and can still accommodate my families while camping. Outdoor wants to charge my families to simply drop off and pick up their children. I was also told I can meet them at the front outside of the resort in the roadway to get the children. Also now my family members will be charged to simply come to dinner. Their whole sales pitch was aimed at a reasonable membership to enjoy family time. On top of dues paid per month they are adding all these charges. Your membership fee and dues should be enough to run these oversold memberships.
