Purchased a Top Secret Front Lip for my 2008 Infiniti G37 after waiting for their website to say IN STOCK as opposed to OUT OF STOCK. The day it said IN STOCK I made my purchase and was notified 2 days later that this product is 'on back-order and not available until Late April 2021'. They mentioned a refund and I accepted the refund, however this never processed. It has now been three weeks with no word back from Outcast Garage and I've issued a dispute with my bank over the matter. From researching further it seems they do this often - lie about delivery times, fail to give out refunds when they fail to provide their advertised products, and fail to communicate. Their phone does not work and no one responds to emails. This company is a scam and no one should purchase from them.
