Has called at least 7 times in the last week and leaves voicemails that don't say anything. Today was the first day a voicemail was left (this was after I blocked the number). The voicemail said "This is Chris Arthur with OutboundEngine and we need to speak with you about some lien issues with Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia." I called the number back from a different phone and a woman (didn't catch the name) answered and I asked to speak with Chris Arthur. She said she didn't recognize that name, but asked me for my name so I gave her my first name. She asked for my last name so she could "look up my file". I told her she shouldn't have a file on me because I had no idea who she was or what her company did, but that they had called me multiple times. She then said "oh here is Chris Arthur, he works in a different department, but if you give me your name and email I'll have him send you a message". I said I wasn't going to give her any information until I knew what this was regarding to which she rambled on about growing my business and marketing. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving her any information and that if this guy was needing to get a hold of me I'm sure he'd call again. I googled Outbound Engine and there is a company by that name but the phone number doesn't match. I can't say for sure if this is a scam because I never gave them a chance to gather information or money from me, but the whole conversation was odd and the back to back calls are annoying and leaning toward harassment.
