In 2020, I sent $1,495 to Smilelove for their service, which was retainers like Invisalign. They sent my impression kit and a few months later they just stopped contacting me back. First, I emailed them all the issues I was having and at one point I was on Facebook messenger contacting someone about it. Then ghosted. I checked their social media on Instagram and many others were commenting about no service, no response, want their money back etc. I never received any set of containers. All I received was one kit for teeth impressions and I sent it back like the instructions state and then no response. They went out of business. I never received any refund. Never got in contact with anyone after the first few months.
