Received a job offer by email for car wrapping offering $300.00 per week which was automatically suspicious. After many emails back and forth They say they want to hire me for Nectar Beer. They sent a check priority mail through USPS for $2995.45. I am to cash the check keep $300.00 divide the remainder and send half by Money gram to a guy in Texas (company to wrap the car) and half to guy in Georgia. I'm also supposed to send him a copy of the deposit slip showing I cashed the check. Emails on why I haven't done this are getting aggressive. It is obvious this is a fake check and that I would be on the hook for the money to my bank if I cashed it and sent the cash to him. I hope noone falls for this scam. Hopefully the bank would have caught it and not cashed it but if it had taken a while to catch it I would be out $3,000 and they would have seen my bank information on the deposit slip.
