Ordered late 2022 from OUIPLEASE a yearly beauty subscription Box (6x a year box) (one viewed box showed what they would send) also added on a Atelier Tote ($119.00) -- the entire amount was $671 the small 1st of 6 box came in January & was an entirely different box w some samples (not what was viewed or ordered), & they did not send the TOTE. Ouiplease sent an email that they would not be able to process the tote order as they no longer had it in stock & that their box was different than what pictured as it changes depending on what they have.. I asked OUIPLEASE to PLEASE cancel the entire order since the box was not even the one I ordered & they were permanently out of stock on the Tote. OUIPLEASE promised a refund & stated they would waive the cancellation fee of $75 since they were out of stock & it was their problem. after numerous emails that they either respond the refund is on its way & coming or responding generically - there has been no refund processed 5 months later.
