I hired Chris Boisvert of Ottawa Contracting Alm to build a deck and pergola at my home. He took $4000.00 cash and all he did was remove a small patch of grass and dump a small load of driveway gravel on my lawn. He didn't do the job and wouldn't return any of our money. I filed a police report and a warning on Facebook. Other victims who lost money much in the same way came forward. They too have filed police reports. Not lady lost 7000.00 the other person lost an undisclosed amount.
