I ordered an item from Otaku Powers last month and it was a pre-order item. I pre-ordered the Proplica Kingdom Hearts Keyblade a while ago and for a couple of weeks after, the site went down for "updating." Pretty soon the website stopped showing up altogether. Suddenly it goes back up saying it's "now accepting Paypal" and it says from "AnimePoko" and the thing is that AnimePoko was a website that had been scamming others for a while as well and there are reviews up TO THIS DAY about that website. Next thing you know a couple of weeks pass after the launch date for the Proplica and it's STILL being processed. It doesn't even say "processed" it says "working on it." Now they just added a new launch date saying that the item is in stock and I can't get a hold of anyone to tell me what's going on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! This is a complete scam and I am never going to purchase anything without the reviews for the website. The worst part is that they don't have ANY information or a valid customer support center to help you out! This website is a complete SCAM!

Do not order anything. your money goes to scammers
