On June 4, 2022, I ordered a water table for my 16-month-old great granddaughter from an online merchant called Ossegim. I never received a confirmation email or any other communication about this order. A Square was used by the merchant SONYAHOBBS and my credit card was charged $25.99 immediately. On June 14th I tried to contact this company by phone and got a recorded message : "1-2-3-4-5-6 Boom, boom, boom." Then a busy signal. My attempt to contact them by email went unanswered. On June 5th I filed a dispute with my credit card company. On August 3rd the credit card company said they had contacted the merchant's bank that handles the Square account and they reversed my dispute in favor of the merchant. I have not ever received any communication from this company nor received any merchandise. I checked online for a water table and there is a company with a different name ,different location (Los Angeles, CA) and the same information about the product, selling it for the same price. When I checked into the website, their site has word-for-word the same information as the Ossegim website. This is a scam. Please shut it down.
