Went to “review” site https://avasreview.com to read binoculars review. Clicked on link from that “review”. Chose one pair of binoculars and initiated payment with PayPal. When returned to Osmo site, several pop ups and though I declined I was apparently charged anyway. Never saw a cart- just said Ty for your order and then saw the charges on PayPal and money removed from my checking account.

I ordered and paid for $70 osmo earbuds. The company sent a pair that costs $16.99 on Amazon and is not the osmo brand. The company kept telling me they do the same thing as the osmo brand, and kept offering 25% - 50% off. They would not pay for me to return the item and would not send the item I ordered. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered OSMO (noise cancelling) Hushwave headphones from the website OSMO-official.com. I received communication from what purported to be OSMO that the product had shipped and been delivered. A package arrived via USPS after I left on a two-month trip. When I returned home and opened the package it was a different product: a cheap Black Bear C-2235 Music headphone. I paid $94.78 (including tax) in US dollars.
