They said they are hiring 5 people and need a six sigma certification, but yelled when I said I was getting form a reputable The Council for Six Sigma Certification. Then they said dell needed from reputable place and 2 links provided were

The ASQ is reputable but more expensive, this scam is very manipulative and tries to downplay where I get test from and said "get from elsewhere."

In March, 2025, they posed as IT recruiters sourcing IT Director positions with management experience at Dell. I was first contacted via phone by a woman named "Amy" (415-862-3015) at "IT-Staffing Solutions." She told me they were recruiting for positions at Dell, which was moving their production from China to Vietnam. She said if I was interested, the Sr Recruiter named "Oshan Costa" would soon be contacting me to discuss the position. Oshan contacted me by email (from [email protected]) sending me what looked like a legitimate job description. He said one of the requirements was that you had to have a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification or be in the process of getting the certification because the role involved managing Agile projects. He emailed me two links for online courses that he said would be acceptable. I was instructed to reply back with my enrollment showing I had enrolled in one of the online courses. I started doing research and found a scam on BBB.org with the same general info, except the position was supposedly with HP. They said I would have a 30-minute interview the following Friday with one of the Dell team members. 5555 LONG BEACH BLVD., APT 122 LONG BEACH, CA 90805.
